Nuances
When working with amoCRM , it is impossible to use our softphone and make calls by clicking. This is due to the fact that the application and widget registrations in amoCRM receive the same priority. Other applications, IP phones, FMC cards have a higher priority. In this case, you can dial the number manually or install another application for calls from a mobile.
If receiving an incoming call while working on a computer slows down your work spe, there is a solution here too, but so far only on Windows. In the Phonerlite program , you can set up automatic reception of incoming calls. This option is suitable for employees who do not receive calls from clients. To do this: open the program, go to the “Settings” menu and check the “Automatically pick up the handset” box – this way, absolutely all incoming calls, including click-to-call calls, will be accept automatically.
